When should I sign up for snow removal?
Before the first big snowfall is best. Routes are planned ahead of the season, so signing up early secures your spot.
When do you come out after a snowfall?
Seasonal snow customers are serviced automatically once snowfall reaches the trigger depth. We work through the storm and aim to have driveways cleared by morning.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just keep the area clear of cars and obstacles when possible so we can do a complete job.
How do I pay?
For now we'll invoice you after your quote is confirmed. Online booking and payment is coming soon.
